Charlotte Dean - a little bit about me... 

I'm Charlotte - a blogger and content creator in her early twenties who enjoys talking about food, travel, and all the things that make the day better with anyone who'll listen!

I'm an English ex-pat who grew up in the small Principality of Monaco. After finishing school I went from the blue skies of Monaco to the slightly greyer skies of London to university at King's College London. It was quite a change of pace, but I now consider London my second home and can't wait to move back there in the future.

 

After uni, I felt I needed a break before I started the 9 to 5 grind so I tried my hand at a few things that allowed me to travel around the world. I worked as a chef on a superyacht in the South of France, I backpacked my way around South East Asia with one of my best friends and I cooked in a chalet in Meribel as part of my ski season. Now my travels have brought me back to working onboard superyachts as a stewardess. 

 

I created The Dean Edit as a space to share all the places and recipes I've discovered along my travels - I hope you stick around for the ride!
